Lavanya is a highly accomplished, result driven business leader with over 20 years of work experience. She has diverse experiences across several industries like Retail – Online & Offline, Telecom, IT & ITES & Consulting. Her functional strengths include Finance, Operations, Sales & retail, Strategy, Known to have proven track record of establishing cross functional partnerships along with strategic thinking and execution excellence to achieve stellar results.

Lavanya is a Chartered Accountant & Cost Accountant. Currently she is the CEO of Zivame, a Reliance Company. Zivame is India’s No. 1 intimate wear brand with stunning products ranging from everyday styles to high-fashion collections. Under her leadership the Company has been driving its Omni channel strategy and has seen rapid offline expansion. Earlier in her role as CFO she was instrumental in raising funds and also strategic sale to Reliance.

She is also Chairperson of the Leadership Committee at Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce She has been actively working with the Chamber on ideating, conducting, and implementing programmes in areas of finance, tax, Women’s Empowerment & CSR over the past decade. She is passionate about creating balanced work environment where equal opportunities exist for everyone.
